Welcome to the Whitney Lakes website!

Whitney Lakes is such a wonderful place to live that it was even recognized as such by the city of Largo.  In 2009, the Whitney Lakes Townhomes Homeowners Association was presented the Beautification Award by the Mayor!   We are proud to be a neighborhood where we value our residents and our quality of life is enhanced by a beautiful community.

Our peaceful deed restricted community features 96 townhomes built in the 1980's.  They are grouped in units of 6 with one story units on the ends and the four middle units as two stories.  Each home is seated near the edge of the lakes flowing with fountains right off the back porch.  Separating these lakes in the middle, and convenient to all units, lies a spacious pool and hot tub for Whitney Lakes' residents and their guests.  This vibrant community has many long time occupants and is very welcoming to new owners.

Just off of US 19 in Clearwater, we are located in the middle of Pinellas County.  This central location allows quick and easy access to work, entertainment, restaurants, shopping malls and the beaches.  Whitney Lakes is the perfect combination of peaceful relaxation and convenient access to all our area has to offer.

Keep an eye out for the wild life around our community.  Our lakes are home to many fish and turtles while you may also see on occasion some otters playing. Don't forget about the bunnies and also the many species of birds that visit year round.
