Please note a few important rules to remember:
 

  • 3 PET LIMIT. All pets must be on a leash and picked up after. Use the designated pet areas only. Watch for the signs.
  • No commercial vehicles allowed on the premises overnight. Vehicle must have valid tags at all times and be in operable condition. No parking of wave runners, boats, trailers at all times.
  • Satellite dishes must be approved by the Board prior to installation. All changes or additions to the outside of the unit must be approved by the Board (windows, lanai, etc).
  • All roofs and exterior building repairs or (replacement) are the responsibility of each homeowner and must be approved by the Board.
  • Maintenance fees are due every month no later than the 10th. A $25.00 late fee will be assessed after the 10th.
